A PLACE TO CALL HOME
We have prepared a room in our ministry home in Marysville, WA and will be housing pregnant mothers with or without children who desire to keep their unborn children and are in a crises situation.
OUR FUTURE VISION
To open a youth ranch for at-risk children where we provide love and acceptance through Jesus Christ. The ranch will have 6 girls homes and 6 boys homes. Each home will operate under a houseparent model. In addition to the homes, we will provide an accredited Christian school, counseling, day care, athletics, chapel and youth services, therapeutic horseback riding and outreaches to the community.
In our initial phase, we are opening the first home to house up to two homeless or at-risk children. We will provide on-site homeschooling and counseling. Each child's length of stay will depend upon their individual circumstances. Whenever possible, we will work with the family toward reconciliation. We also set a portion of the land aside to allow those who are living in their car to park overnight and be safe with a warm meal, shower and clean clothes. Outreaches are also in place to feed our communities homeless and offer the community a low to no cost auto repair service.
In the final phase of our vision, we plan to add homes for pregnant youth and a transitional home for ages 18-21. Also more permanent housing for the homeless.
